Eco Towels is a UK-based brand born from a busy hair salon that set out to solve a problem, traditional towels were time-consuming, unhygienic, and far from sustainable. They created their own range of biodegradable, single-use towels designed for professionals in the hair, beauty, spa and leisure industries.

What started as a practical solution soon became a fast-growing e-commerce business with a clear mission: to help the industry reduce laundry, save time, and lower its environmental impact.

A sustainable salon product needing to ride the wave of shifting post-pandemic behaviours.

A forward-thinking hair salon launched its own range of sustainable, ultra-absorbent towels, designed for use across the hair, beauty and leisure industries. They came to us with two clear goals:

  • Re-engage and sell more to their existing customer base

  • Reach new customers across the UK and grow brand awareness

The challenge? A limited budget, a niche product, and a pandemic that had already changed buying behaviour across the industry.
