Angels Farm Pottery is a rural retreat near Lymington offering immersive pottery courses in a tranquil farm setting.
This project involved creating three distinct but strategically aligned insurance brand identities across B2C, B2B, and online-only markets.
Farm & General Insurance required a complete brand refresh to modernise their visual identity and better reflect their position as a trusted insurance broker. Alongside this, a new sister company, Land Based Underwriters, was being launched to provide specialist insurance products to other brokers, requiring a full brand identity from the ground up.
Following the success of both projects, we were asked to repeat the process for My Farm Insurance, a digital-first insurance brand designed specifically for online customer acquisition.
The Challenge

At the same time, Land Based Underwriters and My Farm Insurance required complete brand identities, websites, and marketing materials to support their launch and growth.
Each brand needed its own clear positioning while maintaining a professional and credible presence within the insurance sector.

My Farm Insurance was developed with a more digital-focused identity, optimised for online engagement and customer acquisition.
The Outcome
To help fill remaining spaces on upcoming courses, we introduced a last-minute availability feature. This dynamically displays remaining spaces or cancellations and enables users to book instantly. It integrates with the broader booking system and ensures room availability, course limits, and accommodation logic remain accurate in real-time.
