Where Property Presentation Becomes Strategy

Laurence Joseph launched as a new independent estate agency in Ringwood, bringing a unique proposition to market. Unlike traditional agents, Laurence combines full estate agency services with hands-on expertise in property presentation, renovation and interior design, helping sellers maximise value before going to market.

He needed a platform that would clearly communicate this hybrid model without creating confusion between estate agency, renovation services and buying agency support. The website had to position him as premium, personal and strategic – not a builder offering valuations, and not a generic high-street agent.

The site architecture was carefully segmented:
